She was always super kind and courteous making me feel heard and that every question no matter how big or how small was important. She was able to sell our house for $10,000 above asking price. Theresa was an exceptional choice for my siblings and I to sell our parents' home upon their passing. One of my siblings had used her prior to this occasion and strongly recommended her, but agreed we all needed to meet her first prior to officially hiring her. She ALWAYS reminded us that if any of us individually needed more discussion or information to better understand the process she was there for us, and she did follow through when I had a couple questions here and there. She was always quick to respond, or as soon as possible, even late into the evening when necessary. I never once felt that our situation was put on hold to represent others-- meaning I always felt we were her only clients. That is an amazing person who can balance her professional and personal life like that. The one sibling that did live in Florida was in more direct contact with her mainly due to logistics as the house was getting prepared to go on the market, but I know she worked hard to make our house sale go so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Theresa to anyone, as I have personally experienced buying and selling my own homes with 5 different realtors over the years.

She listed our home and we got full asking price 4 days later. Unfortunately two days before closing our entire home flooded from a broken pipe under the slab. Her husband was quickly there to assist my boyfriend in trying to dry everything up and help locate the leak. Many years ago I contacted Theresa about purchasing a house and came up from the Keys to spend the day with her. She took me all over but in the end nothing really whet the apetite. 18 years later my wife and I were looking to move from Sebring and thought we would try to find something in Melbourne again and as I am friends with her on FB I did not hesitate to contact her. It seemed not a day had passed since we last talked. We went to see her and for the next two weeks she led us around the various neighborhoods getting a feel for what we truly were looking for. Some were this close, others we made a bid on but as we were a contigency cash purchase we were declined, thankfully mind you. We finally found the perfect home with flags flying throughout the neighborhood and neighbors greeting neighbors. The owners were motivated to sell and accepted our offer within a couple days. We could not be happier. If you require someone who is wholly committed to your needs and wants I can think of no one more qualified than Theresa.
